We had a problem with our air conditioner and MetroExpress came out the next day when other companies were booked a week out. Carlos checked our unit inside and out. He thoroughly explained the work he completed and gave us tips on how to keep our system running efficiently. He took extra time and care to make sure that we were happy with his service. I will definitely be using MetroExpress for future repairs!

Our air conditioner went out June27th, we had the best experience considering it was one of the worst hot days in Fort Worth. They sent Trey and he was like an angel, so professional and so courteous and did service above and beyond his duty. Thank you and I highly recommend this company.

We just had 2 Trane XV20i units installed and we couldn't be more pleased. Adam and Sean went over and above (and under the house) to make sure that everything was working at 100% and Ricardo and his team of expert installers were top notch. We look forward to many years of cool living and many years of great service! We couldn't be more pleased with Metro Express Service and would recommend them to anyone looking for new AC! No wonder that they are in the Top 10 of Trane dealers in Texas! Bravo and thanks!

A hot day with no A/C is not my idea of fun.. I called MES and Robert showed up before the appointment time. He was no nonsense in his approach and got right to the heart of the matter. 30 minutes later I have A/C again and am very happy with the service I always get from MES. They are my go to for heating and A/C.

We have just moved from Jacksonville, Florida, so we are used to maintaining a central A/C system under demanding conditions. We are also former residents of Fort Worth (35 years ago). Saturday, June 2 during the evening the system started to malfunction. Previous owners had left an MES magnet tag on the refrigerator, so at 6:30 a.m. Sunday I called the number. Someone actually answered to the phone and was able to talk about getting someone to us on the same day (that's a good start!). We got a return call later in the morning that we were on the schedule. By 1:00 p.m. we had technician Adam Eckl ringing our doorbell, and by about 1:45 he had solved our problem. He had the needed parts on his truck. He was extremely competent and efficient in addition to being very easy to talk to. I was impressed, to say the least, and our system has run perfectly since Adam worked on it. I have already set up a service program with MES as a result of this, and Adam had that all set up for us within a few minutes before he went on to his next call. Great job! Satisfied customer!

TECH JR CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT MY UNIT OUTSIDE OF SCHEDULE HE WAS SERVICING MY NEIGHBOR AND TOOK TIME TO COME OVER THAT WAS AWESOME...HE NOT ONLY REASSURED ME BUT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND BEAT THE COMPETITORS QUOTE BY A LONG SHOT AND REALLY JUST TOOK CARE OF US SINCE WE HAVE A NEW BORN SON IN THE HOME AND ILL HAVE MY NEW UNIT INSTALLED 2 DAYS LATER, LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ILL BE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE THANK YOU TO MES AND THE TECH NAMED JR FOR TAKING TIME OUTSIDE HIS SCHEDULE TO MAKE SURE MY FAMILY WAS TAKEN CARE OF

Had a minor issue with our AC, Robert Tomek did a great job of isolating the problem, and on patiently showing me settings on the thermostat that would help, in addition to suggestions on filters, he was very thorough in his inspection and very professional and kind, best customer service I have had in a while, our unit was installed last summer, and I feel confident now that its been fine tuned and with my taught central air knowledge will run at its peak. Thanks MES for sending Robert, pleased with my new Trane system and with the great service I received today

My ac had gone out and I heard about about these guys from a friend. They are fast, reliable, and professional. They even showed me how my unit broke in the first place. They came in fixed it and I am very satisfied.

My AC went out today August 6, 2016 and I called Metro Express Service (MES). Adam arrived within 1 1/2 hours of my calls and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He explained the situation and the cost and we were cooling in no time. Adam is the best and for that reason I'd recommend MES and will use them again if needed.

I have use MES for all of my Air Conditioning and Heating needs. They always explain exactly what they are doing and why the service needs done. The pricing is fair and the work is done right the first time. I also bought two new units from MES back in 2008 and 2009. My energy bills have been lower every since I had the units installed as well.

I have been using MES for several years now. They are absolutely fantastic and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Communication is great and they call you when your service tech is on the way, which I love. I will have to say they have one stand out employee named, Steven Osborne. He is the most thorough tech I have ever had, and, found problems others missed which saved my whole A/C unit. He is always polite and very knowledgeable about all things for your a/c and heating. When he fixes things he does it right the first time! I cannot say enough good things about this young man!! We had MES replace our old existing unit with a new one and asked them to rectify the problem of uneven heating/cooling throughout the house. MES made several follow up visits to fine tune the new system to ensure it was operating at peak performance and the uneven problem was corrected. Great company great service. Extremely pleased.

I want to vouch for M.E.S. I called them for service on my A/C, and Heating unit. The Service Tech, Adam , came to my house, and fixed my problem. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. Their price was reasonable. I have used them in the past, and they ARE STILL a GREAT company to use for any A/C, or heating issues you may have.

I am a fairly new home owner and I had a rough week dealing with several a/c companies and I finally got a visit from Robert for service and James for a quote for a new unit. Both men were extremely helpful in explaining what they were doing and why – simple terms and I didn\’t feel like they were just after money. They both went above my expectations. I will for sure continue to use MES for all air/heating needs. Thanks so much!
